Most apps feel like they were designed by people who never had to use them on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:47pm. Iruoy is my pushback against that.

Apps shaped around how your business actually runs. Replacing spreadsheets, paper systems, or off-the-shelf tools that almost-but-not-quite fit.

How I work

Calm pace.
Iruoy runs alongside a senior engineering role I have at another company. That means projects move at a sustainable pace — evenings and weekends, calendar time measured in weeks, not days. If you need someone full-time or in a rush, I'm not your person. If you want a small project done properly over a couple of months, we'll get along.

Honest scoping.
Fixed-scope quotes after a short discovery conversation. If something turns out bigger than we thought, we talk about it before any work happens. No surprises on the invoice.
